Instructions for homemade bone broth
- Add your meat bones to the slow cooker or large pot. Add the vegetables too, if you are using them.
- Add a generous pinch of salt.
- Cover with enough water to the top.
- Add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to your bone broth recipe.
- Leave to cook on slow for 24 hours in the slow cooker or 8 to 12 hours if you are simmering on the stove in a large pot.
